It is only natural to have a myriad of questions regarding BIKER cameras. A lot of new features have been introduced, and it is about time the readers are offered a question and answer session to make the operational properties of the cameras clear.
Listed below is a list of the most frequently asked questions, if you don’t find your question here, feel free to contact Bullet HD here, and their friendly bike enthusiasts will be more than happy to help!

1. The BIKER camera worked fine when I tested it, but the camera doesn’t work after being installed. The BIKER camera seems to freeze and doesn’t turn OFF, so I have to press and hold the power button to reset it. How can I avoid it?

You need to check if the Lens Data Cable is too close to the main control cables , spark plug or the coil, because these parts might interfere in the proper functioning of the Lens Data Cable (signal from Lens to Main Controller), so you will need to reinstall the Lens Cable by keeping it away from these areas to avoid this problem.

2. Are the BIKER PRO and BIKER MATE waterproof?

Yes, both of the cameras, BIKER PRO and BIKER MATE are created along a water resistant design which allows recording in heavy rains, snow or muddy conditions without any difficulty or hassle.

3.Can I use a normal HDMI cable on BIKER PRO or BIKER MATE?

Unfortunately no, because the sensor data cable may look like standard HDMI cable, but the internal wiring is completely different. So this means that you can’t use the standard HDMI cables on BIKER cameras as it may damage the circuitry and the device itself.

Bullet HD was founded by Silver Creation Int’l Ltd in 2008 as one of the first manufacturers of action-sports cameras. As a motorcycle enthusiast and Harley Davidson fanatic, the founder tried every action camera on the market, but found them unfulfilling as a motorcyclist. Biker Pro and Biker Mate bring to the table features that are unique to the needs of bikers. A motorcycle is the ultimate symbol of freedom, and your action camera should reflect that ethos.
